Coach Charles Miron

Widely known as a top running and triathlon coach, Charles Miron is passionate about his athletes, not only as performers, but as individuals. Charles is everything you’d want in a dedicated coach – he is knowledgeable, passionate and brings out the best in his clients. He is also a mental guru who has helped many elite and age group athletes develop mental strategies to excel in endurance competitions. Charles is a compassionate family man who loves to have his family in tow while exploring outside through swimming, biking and running.  

An accomplished multiple ultra-marathon winner, Charles has also run countless marathons and triathlons; he's experienced the pinnacle of both endurance events. 

He coaches runners, ultra marathoners, and triathletes in all distances.

A Calgary man has just won what might be the toughest multi-terrain foot race in the world. 

Charles Miron finished nearly 90 minutes ahead of the second place finisher after traversing lava fields, volcanic steam vents, active volcanoes, deserts of ash, glacial plains, boiling mud fields and jagged rocks in one of the most remote areas of Iceland. Read full story>>
