Join us for an energetic group run training experience designed for runners of all levels and abilities. Whether you're chasing a new personal best, conquering hills, or simply looking to have fun while getting faster, the SOLO Run Class is your community.

Every Thursday at 5:30 PM, Coach Katie leads dynamic sessions packed with drills, tempo runs, hill training, intervals, and more. No matter where you're starting from, you're welcome here.

We rotate between north and south Calgary venues to offer varied terrain and keep things fresh, including Bowmont Park and North Glenmore Park, with potential future sessions at the Glenmore Track.

Our 6-Week Athletic Development Class is designed to build real-world strength, coordination, and resilience through structured, progressive training. Meeting twice per week, this program applies the same performance principles we use with our endurance athletes — tailored to work alongside existing training or as a powerful standalone path toward improved fitness.
Through intentional programming and progressive overload, participants can expect measurable gains in strength, stability, and overall athleticism in just six weeks.
