​At SOLO, strength training is built around structure, coaching, and progression. You won’t find random workouts or unsupervised sessions.

 

What does strength training at SOLO look like?


Every training session is coached, every program has intent, and every client progresses within a system designed to support long-term performance using evidence based principles. Through targeted strength and conditioning tailored to your sport and goals, we help you develop power, mobility, and durability that protect your joints and translate into better results on race day and in everyday life. Whether you’re an endurance athlete or training for general health, our approach ensures your strength work actually carries over, so you move better, perform better, and stay consistent.

OUR THERAPY MODEL 

We believe movement is the best medicine, and our system reflects that.

Assessment 

We start where you are. Through detailed movement screening and orthopaedic testing, we identify the root cause of your pain, not just where it hurts, but why it's happening. You'll walk away from your first visit with clarity about what's limiting you and a clear roadmap to get you back to doing what you love.

Manual Therapy 

We use hands-on techniques to create immediate relief and establish the foundation for lasting change. This isn't just about feeling better for a day, it's about creating the mobility you need to move forward. Targeted adjustments, soft tissue work, and massage therapy help to restore proper joint function and reduce pain.

Active Therapy 

Here's where healing really happens. We introduce corrective exercises and movement patterns tailored to your body and goals. You'll learn exactly what your body needs to strengthen weak links, improve stability, and prevent future injuries. This is where you transition from patient to active participant in your recovery.

Strength & Conditioning

Your body was built to move under load. Once pain is managed and movement patterns are solid, we progress to our connected strength facility where you'll build resilience, power, and confidence. This is how you ensure the problem doesn't come back. Stronger bodies are more injury-resistant bodies.

Move Like Never Before

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one-on-one with a certified coach to build a stronger, more capable body. Each session blends resistance training, mobility, and lifestyle balance to help you move well and feel great long-term.

SMALL GROUP PRIVATE TRAINING

Train alongside friends or teammates in a private, coach-led setting. Get the benefits of individualized coaching with the added motivation and accountability of a small group. 2-4 people

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Get personalized programming, mobility plans, and ongoing feedback from your coach, no matter where you train. Stay consistent and accountable with a plan built around your schedule and goals.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

For athletes and driven individuals looking to perform better. These sessions build strength, power, and endurance while improving movement efficiency and joint resilience.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Dynamic, strength-based classes designed for all fitness levels. You’ll improve mobility, build strength, and condition your body in a supportive, high-energy environment.
